Pistol-Sized and Built to Protect Your Support Hand
PTR Industries rolled out its compact 9KT in 2019, giving shooters a compact MP5 clone that's closer to the actual dimensions of the original Heckler & Koch design, due to the gun being in a pistol form. However, the extremely short barrel on this design means that a shooter's support hand will get close to the muzzle, so this model is built to make sure that won't happen.
Each PTR Industries 9KT features a short, aluminum handguard complete with a stubby handguard that pokes out from the bottom of the forend, which stops support hands from going any farther forward on the gun. The handguard also adds M-LOK attachment points to the gun, allowing users to attach the growing number of M-LOK compatible accessories on the market.
